I am based in Burbank California; my local area includes Los Angeles, Southern California, and I am often working farther afield.  As a specialist location photographer, I carry out commissioned commercial, lifestyle, editorial, public relations, and portrait photography for private, corporate, marketing and publishing clients.  All commercial photography is produced using state-of-the-art digital camera equipment and fully digital workflow.

I love what I do and this enthusiasm, coupled with unique vision and creativity, provides a strong foundation to deliver superb images.   I personally oversee all elements of commission work, from inception to final-creative, making commissions as smooth flowing and successful as possible.

I have a portable studio that allows for studio quality photographs in the field, home or business locations. I shoot with various Nikon professional cameras and lenses, lighting equipment is both Nikon and Hensel, controlled with the latest cutting-edge wireless technology.

As a true location specialist, I work comfortably in aircraft, boats and board rooms as well as mountains, rivers and swamps.

I'm as comfortable photographing a CEO in an office environment as I am photographing the same person enjoying a fly fishing trip.

Full day documenting aerial SoCal solar energy installations, including Ventura county, Los Angeles county to Catalina Island, via helicopter	I have traveled from Seattle to San Diego and numerous locations in between documenting solar energy installations and commissioning's	Numerous documentary projects, including solar festivities at Earth Day Los Angeles, dozens of installations, as well as the first grid-connected solar electric installation in Los Angeles
Photography for their website	I have documented good and bad solar installations for numerous solar energy contractors, as well as insurance companies	One day assignment shooting Orvis Pasadena store, products and employees

Pricing for Freelance Photography by Graham Owen

Full Day Rate (8 Hours) - $1000

Half Day Rate (4 hours) - $600

Hourly - $200

Rates are negotiable, and typically reduced if studio lighting is not required on location.

Rates do not include additional expenses that may be incurred, such as extensive travel and accommodations.

My local photography territory includes the entire San Fernando Valley and following Los Angeles suburbs/areas: Arcadia, Bel Air, Beverly Glen, Beverly Hills, Burbank, Canoga Park, Chatsworth, Eagle Rock, Encino, Flintridge, Glendale, Granada Hills, Griffith Park, La Canada, La Crescenta, Lake View Terrace, North Hollywood, Northridge, Pacoima, Panorama City, Pasadena, Reseda, Shadow Hills, Sherman Oaks, Silverlake, Studio City, Sunland, Sylmar, Tarzana, Tujunga, Van Nuys, Woodland Hills, etc...

I have portable solar powered electricity at my disposal which proves indispensable for studio lighting in locations not served by utility mains.
